Our products
BreezeBondTM
BreezeBondTM is a high-strength, water-resistant hot-press adhesive made primarily from renewable, low-cost soy flour. This adhesive is designed to be used in composite forest products, including plywood, veneers, and overlays. BreezeBondTM is free from harmful petrochemicals, offering a safer alternative for wood composite manufacturers without impacting their balance sheets.
It is a water-based formulation that is economical, sustainable, and formaldehyde-free. With its ultra-low VOCs, it is ideally suited for interior applications for improved indoor air quality. It also has been shown to pass the North American industry standard 3-cycle soak test for interior plywood.
Magnesium Methylate
Another product we manufacture is Magnesium Methylate (Mg(OCH3)2), a versatile chemical used in industrial applications such as polymerization, alkoxylation, and biodiesel preparation. We offer this chemical in 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums, and we accommodate single unit orders on up to truckload quantities.
It is versatile and highly effective in numerous chemical processes, particularly as a reducing agent. Since it is dissolved in methanol, it is easy to handle and it is a preferred option for both industrial applications and sustainable processes. Not only has it been used in the production of biodiesel, but can be used as a building block in the synthesis of more complex molecules or materials, such as a precursor to manufacture sorbents used for sequestration of sulfur and heavy metals contaminants. It can also be used to produce nanocomposites with enhanced properties for use in fields such as automotive, aerospace, and packaging technologies.

These new processes can be tested for purposes of equipment sizing, performance, efficiency, reliability, and safety in a permitted, industrial setting before expensive high capacity equipment is ordered.
